How to order and payment

1. You can choose the product (the coffin or furniture) both in the gallery in our fanspage or submit images of the products that you want through whatsApp number : 089637766555 or Bbm : 587B8C62
2. Should the product you order is in "ready stock" then it will be shipped within approximately 3days after the payment transaction/advance payment as much as 50% of the item's price.
Should you wish to change the product you ordered, then please immediately let us know before the processing, but if it is already in the process the change will not possible.
After the payment of transaction/advance payment as much as 50%, then we will ship it within approximately 7days or depending on the number of your order.

3. Please specify the colour of the finishing that you want for the products you wish to order or you can send the finishing image or car seat(saddle fabric) colour through our whatsApp number : 089677555 or Bbm:587B8C62.

4. The rest 50% of the payment can be transferred after the products is delivered ( means the goods are in expedition).

5. For your trust,we will always send pictures of the making process of your order until the delivery process through whatsApp number or Bbm.

6. Transaction cancelation does not apply if the goods have been processed,but if the work is not done then we will refund your money 100% without any deductions.

Warranty : we will refund 100% of your money if your order goods are not delivered to your shipping address.
